GameSalad have been around for a while now, offering their users the capability to develop IOS and Android games as well as simple flash games without the need for a deep understanding of code. Well they have now released a new publish format to aid "non-developers" publish their content in HTML 5. This now allows the game to be shared across myultiple platforms quite easily.
