IGA Series - by Shed

I have just been reading about this project on CG society in response to the question
"What is a good production workflow for a CG project?"

I thought this was a good example of how a dedicated and incentivised team can deliver good work, on time and on budget. If afforded the right timescale to complete the project and the right team.

According to Jean-Sébastien Guillemette from Shed, the project took about 45 days to complete with a team of 13-14 people working on it.
  • 1.5 weeks - character modelling
  • 1 week - rigging
  • 2 weeks - animating
  • 2 weeks - texturing/materials and lighting rigs
The end result certainly shows a true commitment to delivering quality and professionalism.

Actually having looked through some of their other work, its clear they are proficient at these projects as they have created a complete series of them all within 2011!

Oh and they had Christmas covered too!
