Kinect SDK official release 2012
Looks likely we are going to be getting an official release of the Kinect as a bonafide peripheral, therefore hopefully ending the reign of the "Kinect Hacks" vocal indiom, but what are we to call it now?
Kinect effects? Thats what Microsoft says anyway.

KINECT HACKS - Interaction Hacks
This is a fantastic and fluid advancement to the Kinect hack community. I love the idea of digital "hidden" objects.
Its a 6 minute video, so I would say stick with it, it really does show some great potential.

Kinect Hack - facial scanning and projection
Very interesting hack here, showing an interaction between movement and audio on the singers face!
